Bleckt is the former Minister of Ledgering of the Tournament of the Sources and Roby's uncle. He allied with Ras during the tournament and rigged the games in Ras' favor. However, his plans were thwarted by Wyldfyre and Zur, and he is currently imprisoned for his crimes.
