At Something Went Wrong, we believe perfection is overrated, but your satisfaction isn't. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
